"Works sometimes, but crashes get annoying"
Vyke has been alright for me when it actually works, but the app still feels a bit awkward to use. Some of the buttons aren’t super obvious, and I end up tapping around longer than I should just to find basic things.
The bigger issue is that it freezes or randomly logs me out, usually right when I’m trying to make a call. Not sure if it’s my phone, the latest update, or what, but it’s frustrating enough that I don’t fully trust it when I need it

"Virtual number is okay, but SMS can be unreliable"
I got a virtual number through Vyke and, at first, it seemed to work fine. But I’m not totally sure I’d rely on it now, because SMS delivery has been inconsistent for me. Some verification codes come through late, and a few didn’t show up at all. I contacted support, but it didn’t really seem to get resolved. It’s not awful, but I’m kind of hesitant to trust it for anything important...

"Great Call Quality and Reliable"
I’ve been really happy with it so far! Calls come through nice and clear, and the connection usually stays solid without dropping. Overall, it’s been a dependable experience.

I reached out to support and still haven’t heard anything back. Maybe I just caught them at a bad time, but it’s been frustrating waiting with no answer

"Credit runs out faster than I expected"
The calls themselves work fine, so I can’t really complain about the connection. But the credit just seems to go down really quickly now. I’ll add a bit, make a few regular calls, and before I know it there’s barely anything left. It’s not awful, but when I notice the balance dropping after even a short call, it just doesn’t feel like great value for me anymore...
